I have been wanting to scrap this photo for a long time but nothing came to me. I saw a LO in a gallery not to long ago that had this basic feel to it (I would credit it if I had any idea where it was!!) and it worked perfect for this page. Love the black paper! I also plan on usingthe carboard flowers again, since so many came in Misschifis's grab bag. All goodies found at ScrapMatters.com!!!

LOOKIE! Theres my name in there! I'm so excited! I can't wait to start doing some of the layouts and challenges!

I got a freebie coming up tomorrow if I can get my day to work out corectly. I also have an apointment with a potential bride at 1pm. I hope that goes well. If it does April 26th is gonna be a busy day!! I will be shooting a breakfast fundraiser for Andrea's Closet that morning!

Im off to bed now. My daughter is sleeping in my bed, and wheres my husband? Sleeping in her bed!!!! He fell asleep while putting her to bed, and I couldn't get him to wake up and go to our bed. So I guess I'll leave him there lol.

Took Marks yearly photos on the 10th, and I was pretty tired, having shot a couples photos right before, so I didnt take nearly as many as I usually do, but I got a couple good ones.

I am just loving this shot of Christina and KC, whom I shot on the 10th. They were so much fun, and Christina had so many ideas, which is a great thing. Some people think that as photographers, its all about us choosing the poses and ideas. But when you have ideas, speak out becuase they are your photos, make sure you get what you want!!

I'll be working the next week or so on wedding albums, which I love, but are time consuming. But it also brings me a bit closer to the Canon 20D that I am working towards. Just got anew point and shoot for my purse, and I am loving that!

I was trying something different with this page. I have always liked layouts that have had what I now know is called "White space". Love the look, just cant get myself to be able to do it. I tried here, and did accoplish it a bit, but I still ended up filling my space with journaling. But at least its not the photos that are taking up all the room.

These photos were taken on the 25th of November, when we were having a second Thanksgiving at my mother-in-laws house.

She made it because a reader used her sugar cookie alpha for a gingerbread layout, and as she said “That just won’t do.” Some of her best stuff is alphas and word art. But she is also just fun to read. It’s like talking to one of your best girlfriends. I’m new to the blogging scene, so I’m all about meeting new friends.
